Since founding Path of Success in 1991, Alfred has developed the Leadership Seminar into a world-class personal development course for high school students. Besides providing primary leadership to the organization, Mr. Watts also personally presents each Leadership Seminar.

Mr. Nutall graduated from Howard University School of Law in 1995 and was a member of the prestigious Law Journal. A former classmate of the Founder at Howard, Mr. Nutall provides the organization with spiritual guidance as Chaplain.
