Since founding Path of Success in 1991, Alfred has developed the Leadership Seminar into a world-class personal development course for high school students. Besides providing primary leadership to the organization, Mr. Watts also personally presents each Leadership Seminar.

Mr. Nutall graduated from Howard University School of Law in 1995 and was a member of the prestigious Law Journal. A former classmate of the Founder at Howard, Mr. Nutall provides the organization with spiritual guidance as Chaplain.

Ms. McLeod, a University of Wyoming graduate, is an innovative leader that has worked with school districts, administrators, state officials, and federal contacts to implement numerous initiatives for K-12 students through efforts including: Project Paycheck, Career Pathways, School to Careers and Job Shadowing.

A prolific speaker, Mr. Lynn grew up in Texas, attended Texas Tech and was drafted into the NFL where he played for several teams. Currently Anthony serves as running backs coach with the Dallas Cowboys. Anthony lives in Texas with his wife Cynda and children D'Anton and Danielle.
