Path of Success, Inc. is a non profit organization that effectively equips high school students with the skills necessary to set high goals and achieve success in their relationships, academics and future careers. It has successfully trained groups ranging in size from 20 to 1,200 in states including Wyoming, New York, Connecticut, Iowa, Washington, DC, and Illinois.

"We empower youth to live life with increased intentionality and on the level of their desires," said Alfred Watts, Founder.

The organization offers systems that range from a one, two, or three-day leadership seminar to a four year high school-age curriculum.

"Students that graduate from Path of Success training are able to avoid the wide zigzag 'I'm-changing-my-major-again' path taken by most students. Instead, they walk away with training that puts them on a focused, straight-line trajectory into the future," said Shane Johnson, Executive VP.
